So I saw my neighbor last night. I was walking through the hallway and he was walking toward me. He has a shaved head and is of medium height and build. He was walking with his head down until he got close to me. He looked me in the eyes and said a word to me. It might have been hi or hello. I'm not sure because when he looked at me the only thing I could think was that I would sell my soul not to have ever sene his dark and cruel eyes. I couldn't see the whites of his eyes. I think he said "bat" or "cat." I don't know if this was in reference to anything, but it scared the shit out of me.

I don't hear the music anymore, but I had the nightmares again last night; worse than ever in fact.

Okay. I'm going to forget about my neighbor. I think things have gone back to normal for now. Tomorow I start up my classes. I'm looking forward to it sorta. That sounds nerdy but whatever. I have a kitten who plays fetch. She has a little toy turkey that makes gobble noises when she pounes on it. After I throw it she brings it back to me to throw again. It is so cool. I'll try to put up a picture of her.0

The music has stopped. At least for now anyways. I guess that's good because I start taking classes next week. I only need eight more units and then I'm done with my degree. I have to take all of the units in five weeks though. Five weeks of "motherfucker" classes: Philosophy, history, and anthropology. I'm in the damn classroom for thirty hours a week. It's going to be a hard five weeks I'll tell you that.

About my neighbor. Although the "music" has stopped, I saw that his door was ajar late last night around 3:00 AM. The lights were out in his place so all I could see was a dark slit since the door was just barely open. I know what you are thinking, but the door chain was not locked, I could have walked right in. Believe me, I almost did. I so desperatly want to know what the noises are. Every night they sound more scary. I know I sound crazy, but they almost sound human. But not enough to do anything about it. I don't think I should call the cops or anything.

Anyway. I really did want to go inside the apartment. It was more than just curiosity. It was like I had to go inside. I even touched the door handle. This is where I start sounding paranoid, but when I touched the handle I felt some sort of "something" I think the door handle was just cold, but it felt like a vibration. I think maybe the washing machine was vibrating the walls and, thus, the door handle, but it was so creepy. I quickly removed my hand and went into my apartment next door. I thought for sure that the music would start up agian that night, but, to my knowledge, it didn't.

I still have nightmares. Maybe I'll tell you what I dream about, but not now. My dreams were worse than ever after last night.

I don't think I have ever seen my neighbor outside of his apartment. Maybe once.
